Ordering and Payments

You can pay with any major debit card, Mastercard or Visa credit card. Please make sure your email address is correct and your mailbox is working properly, as all order confirmations are sent to that email address.

Ginger Lilly provide standard delivery within the U.K. Our delivery times are between two to four working days, However if an item is “made to order” this may take longer and we will contact you with a delivery date. we also deliver to all E.U. countries.

We cannot refund original postage costs or delivery/shipping

Return policy

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know why so we can try to make sure you’re not disappointed again.

If for any reason you need to exchange an unwanted item, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will only offer you an exchange or refund providing that the goods are in perfect condition and have all their original labeling and packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging.

For hygienic purposes, some products such as earrings are non-returnable.

The parcel and it's contents are, however your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request a proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. Please note that, the cost of returning it is at your expense.

Please note that returns or exchanges received outside the stated timescale of 14 days will not be accepted.
